When I look at our business, I really don’t think about it as the automobile business. People say we’re in the car business, but we’re really in the human interaction business. Whether it’s our employees or our customers, I think everybody just wants to be understood.

Then it pivoted a little bit toward the ability to market the product well. Today, we believe if you have a big enough heart and really take the time to get to know people, you’re going to win every time. That’s all there is.
We want to do well and we want to do good. Both our customers and our employees deserve the same level of care and concern. If we can do that, everyone’s going to win and we’re all going to have a lot of fun doing it.
