As a factual matter, LoLV sells cars. However, it’s time to pivot beyond Lexus. To be clear, we believe 100% in the product. It’s the highest-quality car on the market. But we’re not in the business of selling Lexus. We’re in the people business. In fact, “people business” may not even be the right term for it. LoLV is redefining business into pleasure.
Lexus is thought of as a luxury brand. However, Lexus of Lehigh Valley is not a luxury brand. LoLV is a caring brand. Doing things with extra care is an even better experience than luxury. LoLV creates exceptional moments that show our customers and employees the utmost respect and care. It’s about focus and attention; Everyone deserves to be treated as the focus of care. LoLV wants customers and employees to embrace a simpler state of mind focused on positivity and personal interest without sacrificing the standards they deserve.
I believe every business has a soul.
That’s really been my focus for the last 30 years. How do we convey that to our customers and to our employees? We have a tendency to overcomplicate things or make things very narrow. I think the two most fundamental things are people’s eagerness to be understood and their basic desire is to connect.
When I look at our business, I really don’t think about it as the automobile business. People say we’re in the car business, but we’re really in the human interaction business. Whether it’s our employees or our customers, I think everybody just wants to be understood.
How can a business be in touch with the consumer and give them a better experience? It used to be that if you had a good product, that was enough to be successful in business. Then it pivoted a little bit toward the ability to market the product well. Today, we believe if you have a big enough heart and really take the time to get to know people, you’re going to win every time. That’s all there is.
We want to do well and we want to do good. Both our customers and our employees deserve the same level of care and concern. If we can do that, everyone’s going to win and we’re all going to have a lot of fun doing it.
Only moves forward in leaps and bounds. By recognizing timing and taking that crucial calculated leap forward.
They swim in a flowing energy, a different way than I do but I can feel how it moves. The koi knows the path upstream and persists with grace.
The tortoise is steady, deliberate movement and endurance. Short steps forward, but confident in each small step. This is the way of persistence.
